EIL & Nalco Water enters in to pact

Engineers India Limited (EIL) and Nalco Water India Limited (NWIL), a subsidiary of Nalco, an Ecolab Company have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to synergize and integrate the product and service offerings of the two companies. Both companies share a common network of clients.

The MoU permits EIL to integrate Nalco’s know-how to its strong portfolio, and provides Nalco an extensive opportunity with Indian clients and an enhanced channel to deploy its technologies.

Nalco Water India Limited is a water treatment and process improvement company, delivering significant environmental, social and economic performance benefits to its customers.

EIL is a Total Solutions Consultancy Company & EPC Contractor in the fields of Petroleum Refining, Petrochemicals, Pipelines, Oil & Gas, Terminal & Storages, Mining & Metallurgy, & Infrastructure projects. The company is diversifying into newer areas such as Power-Nuclear, Solar & Thermal, Water & Solid Waste Management, City Gas Distribution, Fertilizer and Coal to Liquid.
