Chrysler’s ‘Halftime’ ad removed from YouTube

New York, February 06, 2012 : Chrysler’s two-minute Super Bowl ad “Halftime in America” featuring actor and director Clint Eastwood has been taken down from YouTube due to NFL Copyright Claim. Chrysler’s “Halftime in America” commercial is rolling on TV news programs can be found on other YouTube accounts, but the car company’s official YouTube account displays this message: “This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by NFL Properties LLC.

With 30 second spots selling for $3.5 million, the commercial cost Chrysler an estimated $14 million and was kept under wraps by the automaker.

It has been claimed that the ad which feature Sir Clint Eastwood is showing less about Chrysler’s product but more about economic situation in America and it is politically very sensitive.
