After taking control of Ispat Industries (now JSW Ispat) JSW Steel, on Saturday, announced the merger of JSW Ispat with itself. The swap ratio is fixed at 1:72 i.e. for every 72 shares of Jsw Ispat holder will get 1 share of JSW Steel.
