Ruchi soya pegs Indian soymeal export at 5 mln tn

• Ruchi Soya year to Sep 2012 soymeal export 1.5 mln tn, 2013 soymeal export at 1.7-1.8 mln tn
• Ruchi Soya to benefit from fall in palm oil prices FY13
• Ruchi Soya crushed 2.1 mln tn soybean in yr to Sep 2012, 2.5 mln tn soybean in yr to Sep 2013
• Ruchi Soya revenue to grow by 10-15% FY13
• Edible oil import to increase from 9.8 mln tn to 10.3 mln tn due to increase in import of palm oil
• soyoil supplies may remain tight as severe drought in the US hit the country’s soybean output
• Crude palm oil prices in Malaysia to fall

Mr Shahra did not disclose Ruchi Soya Industries’ profitability in a year of record soybean crop, he said the fall in palm oil prices would certainly improve earnings.
