Warhol acquires 10.36 lakh sh in Karur Vysya Bank

As per bulk deal announcement with the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Mauritius-based investment holding firm Warhol Ltd has acquired 10,36,000 equity shares of  Karur Vysya Bank Ltd at Rs 379.99 per share.
