IRB declared that Dattatray Pandurang Mhaiskar, A promoter shareholder have sold 86.8 lakh shares, or 2.61% stake in the company, for 106 crore rupees. Mr Mhaiskar sold the shares through open market transactions on Sep 13, 2012.
Post sale of 2.61%, Mhaiskar now holds 57.60 lakh shares, or 1.73% stake, in IRB Infrastructure.
