In its filing to stock exchange Jagran Prakashan Limited has said Company is convening the meetings of the shareholders, secured and unsecured creditors.
Hon’ble Allahabad High Court, directed company and its creditors to meet for Scheme of Arrangement between Nai Dunia Media Limited and Jagran Prakashan Limited.
The meeting will be held on October 13, 2012.
