GSPL India Gasnet Ltd, a joint venture of Gujarat State Petronet Ltd with Indian Oil Corp Ltd, Bharat Petroleum Corp Ltd, and Hindustan Petroleum Corp Ltd., has invited bids for engineering, procurement, and construction of a 36-inch diameter, 840 km natural gas pipeline between Mehsana in Gujarat and Bathinda in Punjab.
The project includes additional network of 785 km pipelines on the route.
The 1,625 km long pipeline network will cater to industrial consumers and City Gas Distribution (CGD) networks in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Haryana, and Punjab.
In this connection, Company will hold a pre-bidding meeting on Oct 23, and bids will be accepted until Nov 26.
In addition to Mehsana-Bathinda pipeline bids, Gujarat India Transco Ltd has invited bids to buy pipeline information management system software for its 1,738 km Mallavaram-Bhopal-Bhilwara-Vijaipur pipeline. This pipeline will pass through Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan.
