Dr. Badri Narayanan is a Research Economist at the Center for Global Trade Analysis, Purdue University, housed in the Department of Agricultural Economics in West Lafayette, Indiana. In addition, he has been an Adjunct Professor of Economics at Purdue University.
Prior to moving to the US in 2007, Badri was a Fellow with Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations, where, among other things, he lead a project on competitiveness of Indian auto industry, for the National Manufacturing Competitiveness Council. Badri holds a PhD from Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research, Mumbai and BTech from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore.
