Mark Turner is an industry expert with nearly 40 years of airline experience and currently the chief commercial officer of FMI Air. He climbed on board with FMI Air in March 2013 as the airport operations and customer experience director, playing a key role in the acquisition of FMI Air’s air operator certification.

In April 2016, he assumed his new role to develop and implement the airline’s growth strategy. Mark has worked with world class airline brands including Emirates, Qatar Airways, Cathay Pacific, Jet Airways and most recently the rebrand of Fiji Airways.

Alastair Winter is Chief Economist of City of London stockbrokers Daniel Stewart & Company, which he co-founded in 1989. Alastair is a member of the Investment Committee of the Dynamic Opportunities UCITS Fund in Luxembourg and advises corporate clients on investment and FX strategies.

Previously, he has worked with Chase Manhattan and Bear Stearns in the Insurance and Investment Management Sectors. His commentaries ‘making sense of Geopolitics, Macroeconomics and Global Markets’ are widely admired both in the UK and internationally. Alastair has also served as Chairman of a number of listed and private companies in the UK.
