SIDBI unveils ‘Startupskit’ for SME startup

Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is under active consideration to launch an online platform that would help SME players start-up their businesses. Using technology to reach out to SME’s an interactive website called ‘startupskit’, which will help investors set up a SME, is being conceptualised and is under development status.

It will act as one stop shop which will address all needs such as mentoring for SME startups and entrepreneurs, legal structure of the proposed company, various funding options, how to approach banks for facilities with a proposal, how to present a business plan to avail funding, along with general guidance.
